KnoxDaily: Inherently Good

This happened a little while ago, but the interaction stuck with me. WhenΒ I think about it, it makes my heart sing.

It’s a warm reminder for me: Knox doesn’t have a mean bone in him and is all about wholeheartedly giving all the love he can give for anyone who needs it.

A mother came up to me and Knox and asked if her 1 year-old daughter could pet him. Knox bounced over, sat down, licked her hand and face, and continued to wiggle-butt himself into a tizzy.

The little girl had apparently been run over by a huge dog recently and was becoming more scared of dogs. Heart explosion watching Knox make her giggle like crazy.

Yay! Go Know…how cute! I love it when parents encourage their kids to overcome fears with positive interactions instead of sheltering them. πŸ™‚
